恐慌

 
我想每一個人都有一點恐慌。
 
因為，醫科就是這樣，6年就像坐電梯一樣。
一年升二年，二年升三年。。。
不需要太 worry 生命會帶你到哪。
但今年不一樣。
一片模糊，不知道抽籤會抽到哪。
 
這幾個月還有一個讓我更想很多的事。
 
你在哪?
我在哪?
 
但是，我從很早到現在就一直說，看看我嫁給誰吧。
有些東西是值得努力，吃苦的。
只要那個人用愛支持我，協助我，哄我 (^_-哈哈哈)。

Today was v boring.
 
got to take a few histories etc.
The patients were nice so that’s always good.
 
Saw one of the radiographers in ED.
Was trying to help with connecting the ECG leads.
However, was not able to.
Not because I am incompetent.
It was because it was too simple… HAHAHA
 
It was a 5 lead ECG. I havent seen those…

v. cute patient today.
She was so lovely.
Greek lady, old but had a very hard life.
 
She asked if Su-Faye and I were sisters… (she must be the millionth to ask that)
and told us she loves us both very much.
 
She was totally with it. Not demented or disorientated.
That’s why what she said actually meant something.

To tell you the truth,
its not that bad.
 
I need to know all this anyway… so its good.
Besides, you get to learn a lot of things!
and then everything fits together like a little puzzle!

It was quite funny when leo (the intern) saw my pictures.
“geez… i wish all the patients were like you! even have the L middle finger to compare to!”

 
But i found all these stamps in ED!!! so that made my day!
They were fun!

my finger really does hurt now…
it looks like a whale. :’(
 
I got the reg to prescribe me some antibiotics.
its all swollen and doesnt do much good.
 
However, I did pop in a green (18G) cannula in today. The man had pretty poor veins. The intern was quite pleased.

This wk was detox week and it was good getting someone out of my system.
That is what contributed greatly to my inner happiness.
 
Went home on Thursday.
